Three ways to work with us
Most clients start with an assessment, move to a build, and keep a support plan running afterwards. Prices in USD.
Assessment
Map one process, measure it and get a fixed-price build plan.
- Process walkthroughs with your team
- Volume, time and error baseline
- Feasibility test on your real documents
- Fixed-price build plan with expected savings
- Fee credited against the build
Build
We build, test and pilot the automation in your systems.
- Fixed scope and fixed price
- Built in accounts you own
- Pilot alongside your team
- Training and documentation
- 30 days of post-launch fixes included
Support
Monitoring, fixes and monthly improvements.
- Monitoring and failure alerts
- Fixes when vendors change things
- Improvement hours on higher plans
- Monthly or quarterly reports
- Covers automations built by others
Typical project prices
| Project | Typical fixed price (USD) |
|---|---|
| Workflow automation across two or three apps | $5,000–$20,000 |
| System integration (e.g. e-commerce or CRM to ERP) | $8,000–$35,000 |
| Document processing, one document type | $12,000–$30,000 |
| Document processing with PO/receipt matching | $25,000–$45,000 |
| Single-purpose AI agent | $15,000–$50,000 |
| Process redesign and phased automation | Priced per phase after mapping |
Your fixed price is set after the assessment, once volumes, systems and exceptions are known. Software subscriptions and AI usage are paid directly to providers and estimated in your plan.

Common questions
How do payments work?
Assessments are paid up front. Builds are typically invoiced 40% at kick-off, 40% at the start of the pilot and 20% at go-live. Support plans are billed monthly.
Do you charge in Canadian dollars?
We can invoice in CAD or USD. Prices on this site are shown in USD.
Why not hourly billing?
Hourly billing rewards the provider for taking longer. Fixed pricing puts the risk of overruns on us, which is where it belongs once the work is properly scoped.
What if our needs change during the build?
We quote the change, you decide whether to include it now or later, and the timeline is adjusted in writing. Nothing is added to an invoice without your approval.
Find out what one process could save you
Book a paid automation assessment. We map the process with your team, measure the time it takes, and give you a fixed-price build plan with expected savings. If automation is not worth it, we will tell you.
